How Does One Touch Switch Work?
With One Touch Switch, your new provider handles everything for you. All you need to do is provide your current provider’s name and account details, and we’ll take it from there.

Ring us up and let us know you’re ready to switch using One Touch Switch. Share your provider’s name and account details exactly as they appear on your bill. - We will Handle the Rest
We’ll contact your current provider, manage the switch, and ensure you’re not charged beyond your switch date. - Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a welcome email outlining next steps. On your switch date, Inspire Telecom will go live, so you stay connected without a hitch.
Leaving Inspire Telecom
If you’re moving on, your new provider will handle the switch with us. We’ll send you an email with everything you need to know about ending your contract.
What Happens Next?
Once your details match your current provider’s records, they’ll email you confirming the switch. Simply review and approve to proceed.

Exceptions to One Touch Switch
